📍 Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import Merchandising Consultant to support supply chain and stock control operations. The role involves managing product flow from order placement to delivery, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory pipelines, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.

The ideal candidate should have experience in merchandising, supply chain coordination, logistics, or inventory management and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock pipelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.
• Prepare container loading plans and monitor shipment progress.
• Track supplier performance and maintain service standards.
• Support critical path management to ensure smooth product flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning activities.
• Build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare operational reports.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues proactively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Merchandising, Imports, Supply Chain Coordination, Procurement, or Logistics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in container planning and shipment coordination.
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory management processes.
• Familiarity with retail supply chains and high-volume SKU management.
• Understanding of international logistics and import operations.
• Experience in supplier management and performance monitoring.
