Welcome to Hire is seeking a highly organized and strategically driven Project Manager to lead film and creative production projects from concept to final delivery.

This role demands impeccable English communication skills, strong client-facing ability, and the capability to manage multidisciplinary creative teams while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and project objectives are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of film and creative production projects
• Coordinate with editors, designers, writers, and clients
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and production schedules
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and progress briefings
• Ensure final outputs meet defined quality benchmarks
• Maintain structured project documentation and reporting systems

• Certification/Diploma in Project Management, Production Management, or Operations
• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience
