Job Description:
Position: Accountant
Experience Required: 3 to 4 years
Location: Lanka, Varanasi

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, reports, and records.
Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings and compliance.
Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and petty cash handling.
Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain records of accounts payable/receivable.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.
Maintain inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and relevant statutory regulations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
3–4 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
